Garage Door Opener Installation & Repair

Old chain-drive screaming through the night? Opener won't close, light blinks, or the remote stopped working? We install new openers and fix old ones across the Tulsa area.

Locally owned & operated Same-day repair on most calls Doorlink · Amarr · LiftMaster

An opener should run quietly, close on the first press, and stop reliably when something's in the way. When it doesn't, it's usually one of a handful of issues: a worn drive gear, a misaligned safety eye, a blown logic board, or a remote that lost its programming. We diagnose and repair openers — and when an old chain-drive is past replacing, we install new LiftMaster units (belt-drive for quiet, chain for value, jackshaft for low-clearance garages) and set up the Wi-Fi/smartphone control before we leave.

What's included

  • New LiftMaster opener installation (belt, chain, jackshaft)
  • Replacement of failed drive gears, sprockets, and trolleys
  • Logic board diagnosis and replacement
  • Safety-sensor (photo eye) alignment and rewiring
  • Remote and keypad programming
  • Wi-Fi / myQ smartphone app setup
  • Battery backup installation (Oklahoma residential code)
  • Chain and belt tensioning, full opener tune-up

When this is the right call

  • Opener runs but the door doesn't move
  • Door reverses just before closing (sensor or limit issue)
  • Remotes or keypad stopped working
  • Old, loud chain-drive needs to be replaced
  • New garage door installed and you need a matching opener

Frequently Asked Questions

Belt-drive vs chain-drive — which should I get?
Belt-drive openers are noticeably quieter and the right pick if a bedroom is above or next to the garage. Chain-drive is rugged, less expensive, and fine for detached garages. We'll recommend based on your layout.
Can you make my old opener work with my phone?
Sometimes. Older LiftMaster units (post-2011) can usually be retrofitted with a myQ gateway. Pre-2011 chain-drives often can't, and a new belt-drive with built-in Wi-Fi is cheaper than the workaround.
My door reverses before it closes. Is the opener bad?
Usually not. It's almost always the safety photo eyes — they get bumped out of alignment or the lens gets dusty. We'll diagnose for free if it turns out we don't need a part.
Do new openers come with battery backup?
The LiftMaster units we install include a battery backup. That's also the current code requirement for new residential opener installs in many jurisdictions.
